How it works:
I’ve tried to make this as simple as possible to accommodate just about anyone, even if you’re not computer savvy. I’m still in the process of putting this service together and gauging the interest from my customers.
Steps to contact me using IM (Instant Message) using CrossLoop:
1. Visit http://www.crossloop.com/ChrisMungham
2. Click on the green online – chat Now! button to open a chat session.
3. If there is no green button, that means I’m not online or not available at the moment.
Steps to get Remote Assistance:
1. Visit http://www.crossloop.com/ChrisMungham
2. Click on Share Screen (near the top, on the right).
3. Enter your name in the pop-up and choose how long I may help you (choose 24 hours), then click start.
4. Click – I agree to Start Download of the Crossloop program.
5. Run the program you just downloaded.
6. Read me the access code. You can either call me or text me in the chat window.
7. Click connect.
